As a Partner within the Tax Law department of PwC and recently as a Tax lawyer within PwC Legal with more than 25 years of experience, Patrice regularly assists different types of corporate and individual clients in their diversified tax challenges (e.g. restructuring, structured financing, financial products, deals), acting as their primary contact.
In this respect, he is managing a team of around 30 Tax lawyers with PwC Legal fully dedicated to various tax and regulatory aspects (mainly aimed at the Financial Services sector, High Net Worth Individuals, Family Businesses, Corporate Wealth and Tax and Dispute Resolution).

Patrice is a frequent speaker at various conferences and forums and is also a guest lecturer at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management (in charge of the courses “Personal Income Tax” and “Corporate Income Tax”). He also regularly publishes articles in various Belgian tax journals (Fiscologue, Fiscologue International, Revue Internationale des Services Financiers, Actualités Fiscales, etc.) and in the press.

Patrice regularly assists international clients on Belgian domestic tax law, international tax law, EU law and Case law.
